Sometimes we know exactly what we want – and which path we need to take to get there. But sometimes the direction is unclear, the goal feels vague, or it’s overshadowed by other questions. In between lies a world of possibilities and new perspectives.

Every stage of life brings its own challenges. Whether it's about professional development, a career change, or finding balance between work and private life – change rarely affects just one area.

Little Elephant Coaching supports you in gaining clarity and discovering new perspectives. Together, we will explore your situation, identify connections, and develop concrete steps – individually and empathetically. Little Elephant particularly focuses on the topic of female empowerment.

Who is behind Little Elephant?

About Nele Hofmann

After completing my training as a Systemic Business Coach at Quadriga University Berlin, I founded Little Elephant.

In my coaching, I work solution-focused, structured, and with a lot of empathy. I see your concern as part of a larger whole – with you, your skills, experiences, and environment at the center. I accompany you throughout your process and support you in developing sustainable solutions.

In addition to my work as a coach, I have been active in science management for ten years and currently work as an Advisor for Research Quality at the Berlin University Alliance. In this context, I also completed a professional training in the Superb Supervision training program for supervisors of doctoral researchers. Previously, I worked at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Robert K. Merton Center for Science Studies, the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW), and the Institute for Research Information and Quality Assurance (iFQ).

Before moving into the academic world, I worked in press relations for a foundation and in content and project management for start-ups. I eventually found a meaningful balance between my professional aspirations and my life as a single mother of two small children in the academic environment.

Today, I live with my two daughters, my partner, and our cat Masha in Berlin-Charlottenburg. In my free time, I practice yoga, love reading, and am a passionate hobby cook.
